We have solutions based on in-house developed technologies and recipes for plant protein-based ingredients that are ready for implementation at the customer or third party production facilities. Technologies of these solutions are normally transferred with a licence agreement that can have a fixed price or be royalty-based (as percentage of sales).

Soluble plant protein blends with optimized amino acid composition. A clean-label way to boost nutrition levels of liquid and solids products. Solubility is constant at pH range 3-8.

Soluble plant protein based umami flavor enhancer. A clean-label way to enhance meaty or bouillon perception of plant-based meat alternatives, soups and sauces, or as alternative to soy sauce. Allows reduction of salt in many applications.

Plant protein based softening ingredient for dry extruded textured plant protein. A clean-label way to extend shelf-life of textured plant protein products by reduced hardening and enhanced chewiness.

The ingredient may be made from extruded plant protein production by-product, making the process completely circular and zero-waste.
